1. Production Structure

Kamusi FSV utilizes AI-assisted visual generation technologies as part of its storyboard, animatic, previsualization, and cinematic concept development pipeline.

 

AI-assisted productions operate through interconnected generation systems where visual continuity, asset consistency, scene coherence, and motion behavior are maintained through controlled production stages and approval-based workflows.

 

Unlike traditional illustration, frame-based animation, or 3D production pipelines, AI-generated productions may react unpredictably to structural visual changes requested after approval stages.

2. Approval-Based Production Workflow

The production process progresses through staged approvals.

The client acknowledges that each approved stage becomes part of the locked production pipeline.

  • Script / Scene Flow Approval

  • Character Design Approval

  • Environment & Art Direction Approval

  • Keyframe Approval

  • Motion & Timing Approval

  • Edit / Sequence Approval

  • Final Animatic Approval 

Once a stage is approved, production proceeds based on the approved visual and technical framework.

3. Frozen Assets

Once approved by the client, the following elements are

considered “Frozen Assets”:
 

  • Character designs

  • Facial identity

  • Body structure & proportions

  • Costumes & styling

  • Environments & locations

  • Props & objects

  • Color language

  • Lighting approach

  • Composition language

  • Approved keyframes

  • Established visual continuity systems
     

Frozen Assets are considered -locked production- elements.

4. Standard Revision Scope

Standard revisions may include:
 

  • Editing adjustments

  • Scene timing

  • Pacing refinements

  • Transition revisions

  • Camera movement refinements

  • Dialogue synchronization

  • Lip sync corrections

  • Minor gesture or acting refinements

  • Sound synchronization adjustments
     

These revisions are evaluated within the approved production struct

5. Non-Standard Revision Scope

The following requests may fall outside the standard revision structure:

  • Character redesign

  • Facial reconstruction

  • Body proportion changes

  • Costume redesign

  • Visual style replacement

  • Environment redesign

  • Cross-scene character normalization

  • Continuity reconstruction

  • Asset replacement across approved scenes

  • Rebuilding previously approved AI-generated shots

  • Structural acting remapping

  • Regeneration requests caused by subjective aesthetic preferences after approval

 

Such requests may require partial or complete regeneration of scenes and assets.

Kamusi FSV reserves the right to evaluate these requests as additional production work.

6. AI Continuity & Stability

The client acknowledges that AI-generated productions differ fundamentally from traditional deterministic production systems.

Changes requested after approval stages may affect:

  • Character consistency

  • Facial continuity

  • Motion stability

  • Render behavior

  • Visual coherence

  • Shot continuity

  • Scene realism

  • Temporal consistency across sequences

Kamusi FSV cannot guarantee perfect continuity reconstruction after major asset modifications within previously approved scenes.

7. Revision Limits

Each production stage includes a limited revision structure.

 

Additional revision rounds beyond the agreed revision limit may require:

  • Additional production scheduling

  • Additional rendering cycles

  • Additional creative development

  • Budget revision approval

8. Production Sustainability

Kamusi FSV reserves the right to protect production sustainability, creative continuity, render stability, and delivery schedules throughout the production process.

The client acknowledges that AI-assisted productions require structured approval discipline in order to maintain quality, continuity, and production efficiency.

**Final Note: AI-assisted productions are hybrid creative systems combining cinematic direction, generative technologies, editorial judgment, and continuity management.

 

Production outcomes are optimized through controlled approvals and structured revision management rather than unlimited iterative redesign processes.
